Namaaz Dining Experience

Hello guys!

Actually i was here on March

but due to my busy schedule

i hadn't had time to write the review about this restaurant

So here it is

NAMAAZ DINING

Namaaz Dining is a molecular gastronomy restaurant located in Senopati

its more like to private restaurant

They basically served Indonesian Food as it signature dishes

They are open from tuesday to sunday and only offered 28 seats each night

so make sure you booked it in advance, and anyway this restaurant requires you to pay in advance as well

For the price itself is 1,15 to 1,25 million rupiah per person which consists of 17 courses

And of course it served on small portions

 

kinda remind me of Spy Movie back in 2015 lol

So here is the menu list for the night from the first to seventeenth course

FYI, they change the menu every 6-8 months

1. TARTAR

its not a meat, actually its made of **********, was really delicious, you should tried it yourself

try to guess what it is?

first eat the "meat" then the "egg yolk"

2. KERTAS

you put the pencil inside the paper, add the wood flakes, then roll it like sushi

3. CABE

so basically all the food here are not as what it looks like or called, more to challenging your tastebud to guess what it is actually

4. PEMPEK

it was tasted like pempek but in extraordinary shape

5. DONAT

they put the donut inside the teapot, it turned out to be raw*n daging :P

6. SENDOK

you can eat the spoon, but please don't eat the snail shell

 

7. BATU

do you remember the "ada udang di balik batu"???

8. RUJAK

such an unique course, but sadly i don't like rujak taste, so i didn't finish it

9. ROKOK

yes, you are allowed to smoke with this special cigarette

10. ARENG

one of the most unique creations 

11. PAHA

chicken made of fish??!

12. RENDANG

a new way to enjoy rendang

13. KELAPA

super yummy!!!

14. SABUN

its the time to wash your mouth :p

15. TETE

the popular kue tete with hint of green tea

16. TEH

a mix of hot & cold tea, A MUST TRY EXPERIENCE!!!

17. PODENG

attention: wear the rain poncho before the bomb explode! 

overall, It was worth it to pay for such unique dining experience

however, to be honest, not all food were tasted good

and fyi every time the chef bring the course, the chef will come to the table himself to explain the way to eat it

 

Poke Sushi at Crowne Plaza Hotel

Hola!

Today was a long long day to me.

Started with a heavy traffic in Jakarta (as usual), it got worst by unstopped rain.

Then i have to spend around 90 minutes to wait for a taxi, which actually there were some taxi, but they refused to take me to south jakarta because of the f*ckin traffic.

I was going to give up when suddenly a silver bird taxi came to ex. I have no choice, so i got in there. With only 75k and some credit cards that i bought in my small bag, i was quite sure i will be able to pay it.

Thanks God, the meter showed 72k when i reached the crowne plaza hotel.

As soon as i got there, i went to poke sushi directly. My tummy just couldn't wait any longer. I was so happy that all of my works got paid by these super craving food!!!

This one is volcano roll, it was really delicious til i forget what is inside.

Another menu that i tried is salmon salad (if it isnt wrong, then its true :p)

Both of them just made my day! 

Anyway, i chose the all u can eat menu, since my friend has anz credit card, which offered buy 1 get 1 for all u can eat menu every tuesday. So it was all worth it! I only paid 290k include cold ocha which is 280k for TWO PERSONS.

So it means one person need to pay 145k (already include ocha)

And i could eat everything i want, as long as it mentioned on the all u can eat menu (because there are some menus that will charge you some additional price)  and as much as i want!!! 

This buffet place is really recommended for all of you who love sushi and eat much!
